Are you passionate about baseball and eager to make a difference in the lives your student-athlete and his friends? We are seeking dedicated volunteers to support our high school baseball team throughout the season. By lending your skills and time, you’ll contribute to the success of our team and help create memorable experiences for our players. Coordinator Ongoing Positions Needed Description
Opening Day 5 We need five (5) enthusiastic individuals to help us organize an unforgettable Opening Day event. From coordinating player introductions to arranging pre-game festivities, your creativity and attention to detail will set the tone for an exciting season.
Team Photographer 3 Do you have a knack for capturing moments on camera? Join us as our official team photographer! Your skills will help us document the highlights of each game and provide lasting memories for our players and their families.
Scorekeeper 6 (2 per team) Attention to detail and a good understanding of baseball scorekeeping (and Game Changer) are key for this role. As a scorekeeper, you’ll ensure accurate and up-to-date records of each game. Your contribution is vital for tracking player statistics and supporting coaching decisions.
Fundraising 3 Fundraising is an essential part of maintaining a successful team. We’re seeking an individual with strong organizational and communication skills to help lead our fundraising efforts. From coordinating events to seeking sponsorships, your efforts will directly support our team’s equipment, travel, and other needs.
Varsity Team Dinner 1 enthusiastic individuals to help us organize an unforgettable Opening Day event. From coordinating player introductions to arranging pre-game festivities, your creativity and attention to detail will set the tone for an exciting season.
Snackbar 1 Help keep our players and spectators fueled during games by managing our snack bar. From stocking inventory to organizing volunteers, your role as the snack bar coordinator ensures everyone has access to delicious refreshments while supporting our team financially.
End of Season Banquet 3 Celebrate the achievements and growth of our players by organizing an exceptional end-of-season banquet. Your creativity and event planning skills will shine as you arrange venue, decorations, awards, and recognition for all participants.
Senior Day 2 Senior Night is a special event where we honor our graduating players for their contributions to the team before their last home game. Join us in planning an unforgettable evening to celebrate their dedication and accomplishments. Coordinate senior recognitions, gifts, and heartfelt speeches to make it a memorable night.
Hit-a-Thon 9 Our team organizes various fundraising events throughout the season, such as the Hit-a-Thon. We are seeking volunteers to assist with event planning, promotion, logistics, and day-of coordination. Your creativity and organizational skills will help us maximize the success of these important fundraising initiatives.
