About the Fundraiser

The Baseball Hit-a-Thon Fundraiser is an annual event organized by Bulldog Diamond Club. Our mission is to raise funds to help purchase the equipment necessary to operate a high school baseball program, support our coaching staff, and to buy a scoreboard!. We believe in the power of baseball to bring people together and make a positive impact in our community. By participating in the Hit-a-Thon, you can contribute to our cause while enjoying a day filled with friendly competition and camaraderie.

How It Works

Participants in the Hit-a-Thon will seek sponsorship from family, friends, and local businesses who pledge a certain amount of money for each foot or yard a player hits the ball. On the day of the event, each participant will have a set number of swings to hit as many balls as possible. Our dedicated team of volunteers will measure the distance of each hit and keep track of the pledges.

Prizes and Incentives

We have exciting prizes and incentives to make the Hit-a-Thon even more thrilling. Participants who raise a certain amount of funds will be eligible for various rewards, including exclusive baseball merchandise, gift cards, and even tickets to a professional baseball game. Additionally, the participant with the longest hit of the day will be crowned the Hit-a-Thon Champion and receive a special recognition.

Family-Friendly Activities

While the Hit-a-Thon is the highlight of the day, we have planned several family-friendly activities to keep everyone entertained. Bring your loved ones along to enjoy face painting, a bounce house, food vendors, and much more. It’s a great opportunity to spend quality time with your family and create lasting memories.
